Your media kit should help a brand make a decision.
A clear introduction, relevant evidence and an easy next step matter more than a long deck.
Introduce the fit
Start with what you create, who it is for and the kinds of projects you can deliver. A brand should be able to understand your relevance without reading your entire life story. Keep your contact information easy to find and use an address you are comfortable sharing publicly.
Use evidence with context
Include a few representative examples of your work. Label audience figures with the platform, date and measurement period. If you show engagement, say whether it is measured against followers, reach or views. Avoid presenting one unusually successful post as the result someone can expect every time.
Make your offer concrete
Name the formats you can create and what a starting package includes. You can show starting rates or invite a scoped quote. Either way, explain that production requirements and usage rights can change the price. Only include brand logos or testimonials you have permission to share.
Keep the file easy to use
The free builder creates a document you can download or print to PDF. It does not host a public profile for you. Check the exported file on your phone, test your written links, and attach or upload it using a service you already trust. Save a dated copy so you know which version a client received.
Put it into practice with a free tool.
