Community Guidelines

Written in plain English on purpose, and reviewed as the product grows. If anything here changes in a way that affects you, we tell you inside the app first.
Why these exist
The Directory only works if creators tell each other the truth and nobody weaponizes it. These few rules keep it useful for the next creator, safe for the people listed in it, and boring for lawyers.
Reviews
- Write about your own experience, first-person, things that actually happened.
- Facts over verdicts: "paid after 60 days and two reminders" beats "scammers".
- Anonymous is fine and the default. Anonymous does not mean unaccountable, we can act on abuse.
- No reviews of experiences you did not have, no revenge reviews, no reviews traded for anything.
- The verified badge is earned by real deal history. Faking deal records to mint it ends the account.
Contacts
- Share only contacts from your own genuine business dealings, and only work emails, never phones.
- The tip field is for context ("replies fast on weekdays"), never for smuggling contact details.
- Reveals are budgeted so this stays a warm-intro tool. Do not farm, pool or share reveals.
- Anyone listed can ask out, and it is honored immediately and permanently. No exceptions.
Outreach
A revealed contact is an introduction, not a lead list. Pitch brands you genuinely fit, one at a time, personally. Mass-DMing burns the contact for every creator after you, and it is the fastest way to lose access to the Directory. In the words of our founding creator: warm beats spray.
Reporting and consequences
Every review and contact has a report button. Reported contacts hide immediately, pending review. Breaking these guidelines costs warnings first, then contributions, then the account, depending on intent. Honest mistakes are treated as honest mistakes.
Grievances & contact
We take reports seriously and want them to reach us. If you use the app, the fastest route is the feedback button inside it, which reaches the team directly. For anything formal, or if you are not a member, email support@creatorkamai.com.
If you have been listed in the Directory and want your details removed, you can report the entry for immediate takedown from within the app, or email the address above and we will remove it. Grievance officer: Purandhar Gopalakrishnan (founder), at the email above. We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
